			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the past, <strong>fat burning exercise programs</strong> would normally be performed about 5 days a week, which would normally have included a variety of mixed exercise routines but mainly would have used cardiovascular exercises.</p>
<p>Fortunately, times are changing and it has been found that the old boring cardio exercises just don&#8217;t &#8220;cut the mustard&#8221; as was formerly believed. Don&#8217;t get me wrong, cardio exercises still have their place and shouldn&#8217;t be entirely dismisses but rather included on alternate fat burning exercise days.</p>
<p>What does this mean exactly? Well, if a proven fat loss exercise program such as &#8220;Interval Training&#8221; is used 3 days a week say on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, then on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday it would be fine to mix in jogging, cycling, skipping and swimming etc.</p>
<p>By performing the cardio exercises in this fashion, it allows the body to heal better from the Turbulence training being performed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. By mixing the cardio intervals in between, it not only breaks up the entire workout program but also removes the monotony of sameness and yet does the most important thing &#8211; which is of course, to burn of fat quickly.</p>
<p>Why not give this a go and see for yourself just how effective and refreshing this new method of exercising is. I think that you can see even before you attempt it, that it is a very feasible idea indeed.</p>
